Jennifer Oh

Hi, my name is Jennifer Oh, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth psychotherapy throughout California. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and have experience working with trauma, anxiety, burnout, substance use, family conflict, and relationship concerns.

As a bilingual and bicultural Korean American therapist, I primarily work with high-achieving Asian American professionals who may appear capable and put together on the outside while internally struggling with pressure, emotional disconnection, anxiety, or unresolved experiences from the past.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating sexual concerns, intimacy challenges, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You may find yourself overthinking intimacy, shutting down emotionally, struggling to express your needs, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner. For some, trying to conceive or ongoing relationship stress can leave intimacy feeling heavy, pressured, or emotionally draining.

My approach is collaborative, warm, and deeply attuned. I integrate EMDR and DBT to help clients process unresolved experiences, reconnect with their emotions and bodies, and build healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives. Together, we work beyond surface-level insight to create meaningful and lasting change.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when it involves topics like sex, identity, trauma, or family dynamics. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you move toward a more grounded, authentic, and connected version of yourself.
